Visited store today to check out the sales. I was greeted by the friendly staff and received great customer service from a young salesman. He asked what I was looking for and helped me look for the right seat covers, explained the different brands and offered all the options available. I left the store and thought I'd try to fit one before I went home. I certainly had no idea how to fit these neoprene straight jackets onto my seats. I decided that they were the wrong ones and went back in to the store. The salesman was at the front counter. He asked me is everything ok and I said the covers didn't look quite right. Not only did he come out and look, he fitted both with patience and good humour. This 22 year old boy was very kind and a very good ambassador for Auto Barn. The younger generation don't get a pat on the back these days. This young man was definitely a genuine person and deserves recognition from management for sure.
Great staff friendly team, store is going through a change for the better by the looks of things. Highly recommended
